• During the 9/11 crisis, I walked an illustrator living in Manhattan through the nightmare of the situations so she could finish the illustration CED magazine needed to finish the magazine on time while helping her maintain her composure during a terrible situation
• Self-taught Web site creation using iWeb

• Achieved status of team captain for college football team
• Head coached youth basketball teams
• Maintained the cohesion in the coaching staff of a youth football team
• Built good customer service relationships with my clients
